Embarking to our private Felucca Sailboat

After our long walks exploring Luxor, we embarked to our private Felucca Sailboat to Banana Island on The Nile River. It was a nice afternoon and the Nile River breeze is relaxing and delightful. We had some Egyptian mint tea and took videos and photos. When we reached the Banana Island, we saw some banana plantation and other trees like oranges and guavas. There is also a cage with couple of monkeys in it. The place did not really amaze us as we’ve been to other places that have more things to offer than this. However, the Felucca sailboat ride was a wonderful experience! Here is a video of our ride and some of the photos taken.

Greetings from Over Here and There! This is SheilahMarie & Jake. We have been partners for life for almost 40 years and have enjoyed traveling together. As you can see in this photo (taken at Twin Peaks in San Francisco), we are dog lovers. We have three little furry children - Armani, Daphne, and Chloe. They too love to travel, but not all places are pet friendly. We will share with you our travel experiences, tips, itineraries, secrets, as well as pet friendly places to go and stay with your Fido. So, stay tuned - we have places to go!
